Chatbot creation to accompany the conversion

With the reinforcement of advertising campaigns in Latin America, the volume of students who contacted the UOC Latam headquarters to obtain information about the UOC and its training offer increased considerably, sometimes even collapsing the call center (CAT) of Latam.
To solve this situation we created a bot on Facebook Messenger, through which people interested in learning about the UOC and its training offer could interact and obtain the general information they needed.
Thanks to this action, potential students had a more positive experience in terms of resolving doubts and the leads that came to the CAT were more qualified.
